If you meet the requirements and are ready to get started, you should either contact your rep directly or start your project. In the discovery phase, we will discuss your goals for your store, marketing plans, inventory preferences, and past order velocity.
Your company earns revenue as products sell through your online store. If inventory has been purchased upfront, our finance team will provide regular sales reports and distribute proceeds based on your store's sales activity.
Most of our online stores are built and hosted on BigCommerce. We also support marketplace solutions such as Amazon and Faire, and we're continually evaluating additional platforms like Shopify to meet our clients' needs.
Yes, we offer comprehensive fulfillment services for customers who already have an online store but need assistance with inventory management. For more detailed information, please visit our Fulfillment page.
We support most major credit cards, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay. We can also implement custom purchasing solutions, including employee IDs, payroll deduction programs, department billing, internal charge codes, and other organization-specific payment methods.
Warehousing fees are based on the amount of inventory being stored and are evaluated monthly. Typical storage rates are approximately $40 per shelf and $25 per pallet, though pricing may vary depending on your specific inventory requirements.
If Ink hosts your store, you'll have access to reporting and analytics that provide visibility into sales performance, inventory levels, order trends, and other key metrics. In addition, we'll schedule regular strategy reviews to discuss what's working, identify opportunities for growth, and plan future marketing and merchandising initiatives.
Yes. We understand there may be products that are sourced through other vendors or manufacturers. We're happy to store, sell, and fulfill those items alongside Ink-produced merchandise. Standard handling and fulfillment fees will apply.
Absolutely. If you're happy with your current ecommerce platform but need a partner to manage inventory, fulfillment, and merchandise development, we can integrate with your existing setup and provide the support you need without requiring a complete platform change.
We often assist our customers with marketing assets, and there are even a select few clients that have trusted our marketing team to take a lead role in managing their social and email channels. While we don't have standardized pricing for these partnerships, we'd love to do a discovery with your brand and see if it's a good fit!
